Welcome to OIC Luxe Rental Dishes. By renting from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Rental Agreement

• By placing an order, you enter into a rental contract with OIC Luxe Rental Dishes.

• Items are rented for the agreed-upon rental period stated on your invoice.

• You are responsible for the care, custody, and return of all rental items.

2. Payment & Deposits

• Full payment is due before delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• A security deposit may be required. Deposits are refundable once all rental items are returned in good condition.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup fees may apply depending on location.

• You must be present at the scheduled time for delivery/pickup, or additional fees may apply.

• Customers may arrange self-pickup/return with prior approval.

4. Care & Use of Rental Items

• Items should be used for their intended purpose only.

• Do not attempt to scrape, repair, or alter rental equipment unless directed.

• Customer assumes responsibility for any damages, loss, or theft during the rental period.

5. Returns

• All items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.

• Late returns may be subject to additional daily rental fees.

• Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement value.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 7 days before delivery to receive a full refund

• Cancellations made less than 24-48hrs may result in forfeiture of deposit or rental fee.

7. Liability

• OIC Lux Rental Dishes is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rental items.

• Customer assumes all risk and liability once items are delivered or picked up.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, etc.).

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
